Abstract: Disclosed is a replaceable soundproof panel. The provided soundproof panel has a structure in which a central portion of front and back plates is connected to a connection plate, is stacked and installed between H-shaped steel posts installed at equidistant intervals at an upper portion of a concrete foundation, and is fixed to the H-shaped steel posts by a fixing clip installed on rear plates of the H-shaped steel posts. The soundproof panel has a horizontal width to enable each front surface of both end portions of the soundproof panel to be in contact with each end portion of inner surfaces of front plates of the H-shaped steel posts, wherein the length of a non-contacting surface in which each front surface of the both end portions of the soundproof panel and the inner surfaces of front plates of the H-shaped steel posts are not in contact is longer than the length of a contacting surface in which each front surface of both end portions of the soundproof panel and the inner surfaces of front plates of the H-shaped steel posts are in contact. Abstract: A total pressure type road rumble-strip paving apparatus and a paving method thereof are provided to prevent road deviation accidents or drowsy driving accidents by quickly delivering vibration to a vehicle with noise. A total pressure type road rumble-strip paving apparatus comprises a pressurizing unit, an iron wheel, a support unit, a bearing, and a driving unit. The pressurizing unit(1) paves a pavement surface with rumble-strips. A plurality of iron wheels(2) is manufactured of semicircular iron bars at the outer circumference of the pressurizing unit. The support unit(4) has a handle(3) whose height is controlled according to road condition at the rear part of a paver and connects the paver with the handle. The bearing(5) is formed at the center part in which a supporting unit is fixed with the support unit. The driving unit(6) operates the supporting part.
