Abstract: The present invention relates to a deodorant of kimchi containing a chamomile extract and a method for producing kimchi having a reduced odor and, more specifically, to a deodorant of kimchi containing a chamomile extract as an active component to reduce the peculiar odor of kimchi and a method for producing kimchi having less disgusting odor and higher functionality by adding the chamomile extract to the kimchi.
