Abstract: PURPOSE: A time-interleaving type pulse-signal recovering device is provided to reduce a time to restore a pulse signal received from a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A time-interleaving type pulse-signal recovering device comprises a plurality of sampling blocks, a sampling clock generator, and a multiplexer(120). The sampling block comprises buffer arrays(100_1-100_N). The buffer array generates a plurality of signals by using a sampling period. A plurality of the sampling blocks comprises a track and hold unit. The track and hold unit senses the level of a received pulse signal. The multiplexer inputs the output signal of the track and hold unit and outputs one input signal from a plurality of input signals.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A human and animal identifying apparatus capable and a method thereof are provided to selectively stimulate sensation of a detection target and detect reaction of the same, thereby accurately identifying the detection target whether human or animal. CONSTITUTION: A human and animal identifying apparatus includes a detection target sensing part(210), a detection target stimulating part(220), and a detection target identifying part(230). The detection target sensing part is equipped with a detection sensor in a detection area and detects a presence of human and animal. The detection target sensing part includes an stimulation signal generation part(221) and stimulation signal output part(222) and provides the stimulation signal to a detection target(100) in order to selectively stimulate a sense of human and animal. The detection target identification part is comprised of a reaction detecting part(231) and a reaction analyzing part(232). The reaction detecting part detects a reaction of the detection target according to the stimulation signal using an image processing method or distance measurement method. A reaction analyzing part identifies whether the detection target is a human or animal by considering a detection result of the reaction detecting part and kind of a stimulation signal.
