Abstract:
PURPOSE: An automatic sampling system for shape information and a sampling method thereof are provided to rapidly process image information using a moire probe, to use halogen illumination instead of laser light for human body, to automatically and precisely sample three dimensional shape information with high sampling density and to unite face information in 360 degrees. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sampling system contains a rotating table(2) rotating an object(3); a rotating table controller(4) for controlling the rotating table; a moire probe(1) inputting image information per face; a moire probe controller(6) controlling the moire probe; and a microcomputer(5) controlling the rotating table controller and the moire probe controller, analyzing the moire image and sampling three dimensional shape information in 360 degrees. First, the object is rotated in 360 degrees to make the shape of the object. Secondary, an upward three dimensional information is combined with the shape of the object by using a mirror face and by photographing the upper portion of the object. Finally, the three dimensional shape of the object is sampled.

PURPOSE: A method for compensating measurement error in phase-shifting project moire is provided to improve the accuracy of the three dimensional shape measurement of the whole system by compensating phase distortion error of the phase-shifting project moire. CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating measurement error in phase-shifting project moire includes the steps of obtaining a wavelength become longer than the original wavelength by generating beat phenomenon of the two wavelengths having similar characteristic value, calculating order of moire pattern by using the long wavelength generated by the beat, obtaining two equivalent wavelengths by using two grids having different pitch, extracting order of moire pattern phase about height of a measuring point(28) based on the short equivalent wavelength, and calculating the height of the measuring point from the extracted order.

PURPOSE: A method and a device for setting an initial hand area using a stereo interface method in a dactylology recognition are provided to automatically find an initial position of hands without additional actions or a specific equipment. CONSTITUTION: A hardware driver is driven to initialize cameras and a stereo stand. Images are obtained through two initialized cameras. Specific data are sampled from the stereo images by receiving a threshold value. A specific map is generated based on the specific data. Positive/negative area data according to the specific map are stored. Interference reference information is composed by the specific data. An interference window is generated by the interference reference information. A same point is searched from the correlation of two images by using the interface window and the specific map. Three-dimensional information is sampled. A variation map is sampled from the three-dimensional information. Distance information is stored from the variation map. The images are made of two color areas. An area of dactylology is searched.

본 발명은 삼차원 스캐너를 통해 얻어진 단면에 대한 삼차원 데이터들로부터 일정한 간격의 삼차원 데이터를 갖는 삼차원 입체를 생성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 삼차원 스캐너에서 얻어지는 단면들의 겹쳐지는 부분을 찾아서 연결하는 방법을 사용하였기 때문에, 시간이 많이 걸리고 겹쳐진 부분이 다른 부분에 비해 조밀한 거리 정보값을 가지게 되는 문제점이 있었으며, 색칠을 할 경우에는 겹쳐지는 부분과 그렇지 않은 부분에서 색깔의 불일치가 발생하였다. 따라서, 본 발명은, 삼차원 스캐너에서 얻어진 단면들의 위치정보를 반경이 무한대인 실린더 벽면에 투영하여 실린더 좌표값(높이, 각도)을 구하고, 상기 단면들의 실린더 좌표값을 이차원 배열에 저장하되, 단면들 사이의 중복된 부분은 모든 좌표값들을 더해서 저장하며, 상기 이차원 배열의 각 행렬 인자의 평균값을 구해 저장하여 3차원 입체를 생성하고, 색정보를 실린더 투영법에 적용하여 하나의 실린더 색 이미지를 생성하고 이 실린더 색 이미지를 상기 3차원 입체에 입힘으로써, 종래의 문제를 해결한다.

PURPOSE: A method for generating three-dimensional stereopsis using a cylinder projection is provided to equalizing closed distance information in the matching planes of the stereopsis jointed from single planes. CONSTITUTION: The method for generating three-dimensional stereopsis using a cylinder projection includes following steps. The location information of single planes obtained from three-dimensional scanner is projected on the wall plane of the cylinder to find and store the coordinates values of the cylinder. The overlapped part among the single planes are all added to store at two-dimensional arrangement. The three-dimensional stereopsis is generated by calculating mean values of the matrix element of the two-dimensional arrangement.

PURPOSE: A method for projection type moire using a phase transition grating and a system for the same are provided to improve measuring resolvability by applying a phase transition method to a projection type moire. CONSTITUTION: A projection grating(30) and a reference grating(31) are used as one couple. A relative distance between the projection grating(30) and the reference grating(31) is set up. Gratings of n couples are formed on one quartz glass by using a semiconductor lithography method. A phase transition grating(40) is manufactured by forming grating of n couples. The phase transition is obtained by using the phase transition grating(40).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of transmitting image data about face shape through the Internet are provided to transmit a three-dimensional face shape picture to many PC users connected to the Internet, and allow the users to see and store their three-dimensional face shape pictures in every remote site through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus of transmitting image data about face shape through the Internet, a lighting device(12) irradiates light to a target body locally. A scanning device(11) scans the shape photographed from the lighting device with a multi-dimensional data. A transfer device displaces or fixes the position of the scanning device. A control device(13) includes an interface card to control the scanning device and the lighting device. A device(14) of processing an image makes the multi-dimensional data and image measured through the scanning device as a file to store in a memory and extract a desired data. An output device(15) outputs data transferred from the device of processing an image.
