PURPOSE: Provided is a garment capable of providing power supply using solar battery for power supply to an external device regardless of time or space restrictions. CONSTITUTION: The garment having the power supply includes a solar battery(110) attachable/detachable to the garment, a first conductivity fiber(120) attachable/detachable to the garment and transferring the energy outputted from the solar battery, a rechargeable battery(130) ttachable/detachable to the garment and storing the energy transferred from the first conductivity fiber, the second conductivity fiber attachable/detachable to the garment and transferring the power from the rechargeable battery, and a connection jack(150) which is formed in the second conductivity fiber and is connected to the external device for the electric power supply.

PURPOSE: Provided is a portable heating pack in which a power source is provided simply from surrounding environments for use. CONSTITUTION: The portable heating pack includes a heating fabric(120), in which either a general giver or the first conductivity fiber is woven as weft as slope, the second conductivity fiber(130) transferring the power source formed in a pattern on the heating fabric to the first conductivity fiber, welding sheets formed respectively in both sides of the heating fabric, an external knitted and woven fabric(110) bonded to the heating fabric by the welding sheets, and formed in the shape of wrapping the heating fabric, and an external power supply line(150), in which the second conductivity fiber is connected by an opening part formed in one side of the external knitted and woven fabric and a USB terminal is formed in one end.

본 발명은 극초단 초고출력 펄스 레이저 발생 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 장치는 극초단 초고출력 펄스 레이저를 생성하고 펄스폭을 신장한 후, 기 설정된 편광각을 가지는 펄스 레이저만을 선택하여 제공하는 펄스 레이저 제공부; 상기 펄스 레이저 제공부로부터 제공되는 펄스 레이저를 S편광성분 광과 P편광성분 광으로 분기하고, 상기 S편광성분 광과 상기 P편광성분 광의 위상차 및 진폭차를 가변한 후 광결합하여 편광 특성이 가변된 펄스 레이저를 생성하는 편광 특성 조절부; 및 상기 편광 특성 조절부에 의해 편광 특성이 가변된 펄스 레이저의 펄스폭을 압축하여 출력하는 펄스 압축부를 포함할 수 있다.
Abstract:
Provided are a target for generating charged particles and a treatment device using same. The treatment device includes: a target for generating charged particles including a target layer which generates charged particles by an incident laser beam and a self-assembled monolayer which is provided to one surface of both facing surfaces of the target layer; and a laser which irradiates a laser beam to the self-assembled monolayer to generate charged particles from the target layer and project the particles to the tumor of a patient. The self-assembled monolayer generates plasma by a laser beam. The target layer generates charged particles by plasma.
