CONSTITUTION: A spirulina is cultured in a medium containing 0.2-0.3 parts by weight of urea, 0.55-0.65 parts by weight of NaHCO_3, 0.05-0.15 parts by weight of Na_2CO_3, 0.025-0.075 parts by weight of K_2HPO_4, 0.05-0.15 parts by weight of K_2SO_4, 0.015-0.025 parts by weight of MgSO_4 7H_2O, 0.0005-0.0015 parts by weight of FeSO_4 7H_2O, 0.005-0.01 parts by weight of Na-DETA, 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of table salt, and 0.15-0.25 parts by weight of solution. The spirulina is cultured for 8-10 days. A method for enhancing amino acid content of spirulina comprises a step of culturing spirulina in the medium for spirulina.
