    Abstract: 본발명은인간 FGF 11의발현또는활성조절제를포함하는혈관신생조절용조성물에관한것으로, 저산소조건하에인간혈관내피세포에서인간 FGF11의 mRNA와단백질발현이증가하고, pFGF11로형질감염된인간혈관내피세포에서인간 FGF11의과발현이모세관-유사관 형성및 TJ 단백질을증가시키나세포이동활성에는영향을미치지않으며, 인간 FGF11 프로모터영역내의 HREs가저산소상태에민감하고, 인간 FGF11의발현이이의프로모터영역내의 HIF-1 결합부위를통해유도될수 있으므로, 인간 FGF11은종양진행또는허혈성질환과같은저산소증-유도병리학적과정의조절자로작용할수 있을것으로예상된다. 따라서, 본발명의인간 FGF 11의발현또는활성조절제는혈관신생의억제또는촉진에유용하게사용될수 있다.
