본 발명은 신규한 피리미딘화합물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 및 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 신규한 피리미딘화합물은 암성장을 억제하는 것으로 알려진 TGF-β의 신호체계를 방해하는 DRAK의 활성을 현저히 억제하여, 이를 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있으며 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 유로폼, 알폼, 목재폼 등과 같은 거푸집의 조립부위에 설치되어 콘크리트 타설 중 또는 양생 중에 발생할 수 있는 거푸집의 붕괴징후를 미리 예측하여 경고할 수 있도록 한 거푸집 붕괴징후 검출장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 거푸집(20)(22)의 조립부위에 설치되는 클램프(30)와, 클램프(30)에 설치되어 거푸집(20)(22) 간의 변위를 검출하기 위한 센서(40)와, 센서(40)로부터 출력되는 아날로그 출력값을 디지털신호로 변환하기 위한 A/D컨버터(50)와, A/D컨버터(50)로부터 출력되는 디지털신호와 기준치를 주기적으로 비교하여 거푸집붕괴 징후를 판독한 후 경보신호를 출력하는 마이크로콘트롤러(60)와, 마이크로콘트롤러(60)로부터 출력되는 경보신호에 의해 구동되는 경고부(70)로 구성된 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 거푸집에 붕괴징후가 있는 경우 육안으로 확인이 어려운 거푸집에 가해지는 변화를 센서를 이용해서 검출하여 경고할 수 있도록 구성되어 있기 때문에 거푸집 붕괴로 인한 인명사고와 물적낭비를 사전에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

A method for preparing mesoporous titania particles having improved heat stability in a simple manner as compared with a conventional method is provided to obtain titania particles having small holes and large holes at the same time. A method for preparing mesoporous titania particles comprises the steps of: fabricating a mesoporous silica template using a colloidal silica sol into which an organic acid and spherical silica particles having a particle size of 5 to 50 nm are dispersed; adding the mesoporous silica into a mixed solution of a titania precursor and ethanol, subjecting the titania precursor to a sol-gel reaction, calcining the reactant to prepare an anatase type titania-silica composite; and cleaning the anatase type titania-silica composite with an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to remove silica from the anatase type titania-silica composite.

A method of preparing an inorganic composite membrane with high permeability in an easier manner as compared with conventional methods by using a rapid cooling-rapid drying process is provided. A method of preparing an inorganic composite membrane comprises: coating a planar or tubular porous inorganic support selected from porous metal, metal oxides and nonmetal oxides with a colloidal solution into which particles are dispersed; and rapidly cooling the coated support at a cooling rate ranging from 100 to 1000 deg.C/min in a temperature range of -250 to 0 deg.C for 0.01 to 10 minutes, rapidly drying the rapidly cooled support at a temperature rising rate ranging from 100 to 1200 deg.C/min in a temperature range of 100 to 500 deg.C for 0.01 to 10 minutes, and firing the rapidly cooled and dried support at a temperature of 300 to 1000 deg.C. The coating, rapid cooling and rapid drying processes are repeatedly performed 1 to 50 times. The particles dispersed into the colloidal solution are particles of metal, metal oxides, nonmetal oxides, or mixtures thereof.

A cosmetic composition comprising the extract of Rhodotus palmatus cultured broth medium is provided to promote growth of fibroblasts and increase the amount of collagen produced from the fibroblasts, so that the composition is useful to improve skin wrinkles. A cosmetic composition for improving skin wrinkles comprises 0.01-10 wt.% of the extract of Rhodotus palmatus cultured broth medium which is prepared by homogenizing the Rhodotus palmatus cultured broth medium, adding 40% ethanol into the homogenized Rhodotus palmatus cultured broth medium, agitating the mixture at room temperature to 40 deg. C for 24 hours, and filtering the extracted mixture, and is formulated as soft and nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence or pack.

PURPOSE: A mold collapse sign detecting device and a method are provided to prevent accidents due to the collapse of a mold by detecting the change applied to the mold with a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A mold collapse sign detecting device comprises a clamp(30), a sensor(40), an A/D converter, a microcontroller, and a warning unit. The state in which the clamp is interlocked to a mold frame is detected by the sensor. Detected data is outputted from the sensor in a predetermined time after detecting the interlocking of the clamp and is memorized as a standard value. Change value applied to the mold frame is calculated by periodically comparing the detected data and the standard value. When the change value exceeds critical value, a warning signal is outputted.
