Abstract: A double-pipe resonance chamber type muffler for a vehicle is provided to increase the resonance action for a frequency domain of 2000rpm and 67~80Hz and to reduce noise more effectively by arranging pipes to be inclined in a muffler and forming the section of a resonance chamber coupled dually with the arranged pipes along the length of a pipe. A double-pipe resonance chamber type muffler for a vehicle comprises a housing(1) closed at two sides with left and right side walls(2,3) and coupled to an exhaust pipe, an inlet pipe(4) coupled to the left side wall and inclined to be lower to connect to the opposite right side wall, and provided with a discharge hole to discharge exhaust gas partially, an exhaust pipe(10) having one end coupled to the end of the inlet pipe and the other end coupled to the right side wall of the housing, and a resonance pipe(6) having one end coupled to an inlet of the inlet pipe and other end coupled to an outlet of the inlet pipe connected to the exhaust pipe to form a resonance chamber across the whole inclined section of the inlet pipe.

CONSTITUTION: A muffler for a vehicle exhaust system comprises a case(10), an exhaust gas input pipe(30), and an exhaust gas(70). The case has a cap(11). The exhaust gas input pipe is inserted into the side part of the case. The exhaust gas output pipe is inserted into the cap. An inner tube is inserted into a mounting hole formed in the side part and is connected to the exhaust gas input pipe. Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas device of an automobile engine is provided to reduce noise in a starting section and a constant speed section by successively opening a first valve and a second valve. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas device of an automobile engine comprises an exhaust pipe(10), a baffle board(20), a movable plate, a second spring, a plurality of baffle hole opening and closing rods(60), a second exhausting hole opening and closing plate and a first spring. The exhaust pipe has a first exhausting hole perforation part(11) at the outer circumference and multiple second exhausting holes on a center part. 배기파이프에 제1배기 타공부와 제2배기홀을 형성하는 동시에 배플홀을 갖는 배플판과 제2배기홀을 개폐하는 제2배기홀 개폐플레이트, 이동플레이트 및 배플홀을 개폐하는 배플홀 개폐로드를 설치하여 초기 발진영역에서 배기파이프의 제1배기 타공부를 통해서만 배기가 이루어지도록 하고, 2000~3000 RPM의 정속 구간영역에서 제1배기 타공부와 제2배기홀을 통해서 배기가 이루어지도록 하며, 3000 RPM 이상의 고속영역에서 배플홀까지 모두 개방되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 의하면 제2배기홀이 개방되지 않는 2000 RPM 이하와 제2배기홀이 개방되는 2000~3000 RPM, 제2배기홀과 배플홀이 개방되는 3000 RPM 이상의 상세 대역을 구분하여 각 대역에서의 소음과 배압(엔진 성능) 특성을 제어할 수 있게 되므로 소음과 연비, 출력의 3가지를 모두 만족할 수 있도록 차량을 튜닝할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있게 된다.
