    Abstract: PURPOSE: A map pocket having a bottle holder unit is provided to prevent a noise which is generated that a water bottle is bumped to the wall of the bottle holder unit when driving by adhering the water bottle to the inside of the bottle holder unit. CONSTITUTION: A map pocket includes a bottle holder unit. The bottle holder unit comprises a side panel(11) and a holding unit. The side panel is projected from a pocket body(10) and forms the receiving space of a water bottle. The holding unit is formed in the front-end of the receiving space and varies the receiving space. The holding unit comprises a trim fixing unit(13), a sliding panel, a variable bending unit. The trim fixing unit is positioned in the front-end of the receiving space. The sliding panel supports the water bottle which is accepted in the receiving space. The variable bending unit is compressed and transformed by being formed between the trim fixing unit and the sliding panel.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil pump mounting structure for a 2 cylinder engine is provided to reduce the length of an engine because the rotor of an oil pump is easily assembled as being able to receive a driving force from a balance shaft. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump mounting structure for a 2 cylinder engine comprises a rotor(3) of an oil pump(2) and a drive mounting bolt(7). The oil pump is installed inside a case(9) which supports a balance shaft(1) and a crank shaft. The rotor of the oil pump is arranged separate from an end of the balance shaft in the longitudinal direction of the balance shaft. The drive mounting bolt is coupled to the balance shaft by passing through the rotor. The drive mounting bolt includes a rotor driving part(5) which is formed in the shape of interfering with the rotor in the rotating direction and a head part(11) which is coupled to be embedded in the case. A plug(13) is coupled to the case to seal the head part of the drive mounting bolt.

    Abstract: A water drain structure of a water pump is provided to cooling water in a drain chamber by changing the position of a drain hole such that the cooling water is instantly discharged through the drain hole. A water drain structure of a water pump includes a cylinder block(20), a water pump side chamber, a cylinder block side chamber(30b), a drain hole(31), and a drain chamber. The cylinder block includes the cylinder block side chamber recessed by a predetermined depth. The water pump side chamber and the cylinder block side chamber form the drain chamber. One end of the drain hole is connected to an upper end of the drain chamber and the other end is extended to a side of the cylinder block. The drain chamber accommodates the cooling water to the amount of about 2cc. The cooling water is temporarily stored in the drain chamber, and evaporated by heat of an engine and discharged through the drain hole.
