    Abstract: PURPOSE: An air intake system for preventing output degradation in severe cold areas is provided to prevent the freezing of an air filter or to prevent snow from being piled up on the inside of an air cleaner. CONSTITUTION: An air intake system for preventing output degradation in severe cold areas comprises an air cleaner(10), an air conditioner(20), and an air hose(30). The air cleaner has an intake port and an air cleaner side nipple(12). The air conditioner comprises a heat core(21), an air conditioner size duct(23), and an air conditioner side nipple(22). Both ends of the air hose are fitted in the air cleaner side nipple and the air conditioner side nipple to connect the air cleaner and the air conditioner.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable exhaust valve installed on an outer side of a muffler is provided to prevent the generation of noise in the operation of a valve as an exposed coil spring is omitted by installing first and second leaf springs inside a pipe member. CONSTITUTION: A variable exhaust valve(100) installed on an outer side of a muffler comprises a pipe member(10), a flap member(50), and first and second leaf springs(70,90). The pipe member is installed an exhaust line. The flap member is installed inside the pipe member to be rotatable around a rotational center shaft(20) passing the center of a pipeline. The first leaf spring is connected to one side of the flap member around the rotational center shaft and connected to an inner wall surface of the pipe member. The second leaf spring is connected to the other side of the flap member around the rotational center shaft and connected to the inner wall surface of the pipe member.
