    Abstract: PURPOSE: A door molding for vehicles and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to simultaneously attaching a film to the surface of a body part in an extrusion-molding process. CONSTITUTION: A door molding for vehicles comprises a body portion, a plurality of wing portions, and a film(30). The body portion is assembled in the door panel. The body portion is made of a hard PP material. The film, displaying the metallic effect, is attached in the extrusion molding of the warped surface of the body portion. A plurality of wing portions is formed into the TPE material of the soft and is contacted to the door grass. A plurality of wing portions is integrally formed with the extrusion molding.
