Abstract:
A center support bracket assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent separation of the center support bracket to one surface direction when placing a lower bracket by bending a double bent unit at acute angle. A center support bracket assembly comprises a center support bracket(200) supporting a crash pad, and a lower bracket(100). The lower bracket and the center support bracket have a double bent unit(110) and a placing bent unit(210) respectively. The double bent unit is bent to one surface direction and the other surface direction respectively. The placing bent unit is formed at the center support bracket and placed on the double bent unit. The double bent unit is bent at acute angle to prevent the separation of the center support bracket to one surface direction when placing the lower bracket.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A gap absorbing structure for mounting a bumper is provided to prevent cracks in joining parts between a monocoque body and a bumper assembly, and between a vehicle body member and a chassis frame with filling a gap generated by vibrating a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A bumper assembly is combined with mounting brackets(30,32) installed in a chassis frame(42) and a vehicle body member(40). Bolt holes(30a) are formed in the mounting bracket to fix a bolt(20) protruded in a back beam(16) by welding. A bolt(22) protruded in the back beam by welding is combined with the mounting bracket, and a vertical slot(32a) is formed in the mounting bracket to move up and down according to external force. The bolt in the right part moves down along a right vertical slot, and the bolt in the left part moves up along a left vertical slot to fill a left gap in case of the left gap to be wider than a right gap in the vehicle body member and the chassis frame by vibration during traveling. The right bolt moves up along the right vertical slot, and the left bolt moves down along the left vertical slot to fill the right gap in case of the right gap to be wider than the left gap in the vehicle body member and the chassis frame.

본 고안은 공기조화시스템의 가동시 냉기 또는 온기를 실내로 순환시킴으로써 공기조화시스템의 효율을 항상시킬 수 있도록 된, 차량용 크래쉬 패드의 공기조화 구조에 관한 것으로, 크래쉬 패드(10)의 하측에 다수의 에어홀(11)을 형성하고, 그 에어홀(11)과 연통되도록 크래쉬 패드(10)의 하방에 공기조화 덕트(20)를 설치하여, 히터 또는 에어컨의 가동시 덕트(20) 및 에어홀(11)을 통해 공기가 유입되도록 하며, 또한 크래쉬 패드(10)의 어퍼 트레이(30)를 개폐가능케 설치하여, 어퍼 트레이(30)를 개방시킨 상태에서 공기조화시스템으로부터 발생하는 냉기 또는 온기를 실내에 공급, 순환시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.

본고안은글로브박스록킹장치를개시한다. 본고안은글로브박스의전면에, 고정축에의해회동가능하게설치되는손잡이가회동가능하게설치된고정축에회동가능하게결합되며스트라이커에걸리는캐치를탄력적으로지지하는스프링을구비한다. 따라서, 본고안글로브박스결합구조에의하면, 글로브박스로단순화하여별도의하우징을사용하지않고도간편하게록킹해제할수 있으며, 원가절감을도모할수 있다.
