Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for recognizing a command using voice and gesture, in which the initial consonant of each syllable in a command is recognized using a gesture recognition technology and the voice of the command is recognized based on the recognition of the initial consonant, thereby reducing the time necessary for the recognition process of a sound model and language model during the voice recognition process. Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor control method using a statistical method is provided to improve user convenience by compensating the rotating speed reduction of a motor due to aging. CONSTITUTION: A switch unit(11) generates user input for opening or closing window. A CPU(12) receives a reflection signal corresponding to the user input from the switch unit and orders the operation of a motor. A motor driving unit(13) generates power for directly driving the motor according to the order delivered from the CPU. The motor(14) is input with the power created by the motor driving unit.
