Abstract: A loading box of a vehicle having an air discharge device is provided to maintain the supporting rigidity of a door by fitting a door plate into a space between a first hinge and a fitting part. A loading box of a vehicle having an air discharge device comprises a first hinge(50) fixed on a door, a second hinge, a through-hole, an insertion hole installed at the side of the through-hole, and a fitting part(5). The second hinge assembled with the first hinge by a rotary shaft and fixed on a body rotates the door. The through-hole, whose diameter is smaller to use an 8mm bolt, is formed at a fixing position of the first hinge of the door. The fitting part, which is protruded to two ends of the first hinge, and inserted into the insertion hole, has a bolt hole(4) corresponding to the through-hole to be assembled by the 8mm bolt at the same time.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A galvanic corrosion sensor device for a vehicle is provided to quantitatively measure the corrosive acceleration of components of the vehicle and corrosive conditions of a vehicle travelling environment on a real time basis, thereby optimizing an anti-corrosion design for the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A galvanic corrosion sensor device for a vehicle includes an anode (11) of a carbon steel material, a cathode (12) of a copper plate material, and a molding resin (13). Each one surface of the anode and the cathode is exposed to a corrosive environment, and the other surfaces of the anode and the cathode are mounted on components of the vehicle. The anode and the cathode generate a galvanic current so that the corrosive sensitivity of the components is measured. The molding resin covers the other surfaces of the anode and the cathode mounted on the components of the vehicle except for the surfaces exposed to the corrosive environment, thereby insulating electrodes (10) from the components.
