The first speed input gear of an input shaft(IS) is meshed with the first speed gear of an output shaft(OS). The reverse input gear of a reverse output shaft(RS) is meshed with the first speed gear. The first speed input gear is connected to an input shaft. A first synchronizer operating apparatus is connected to first and second speed synchronizer apparatus(SYN4) and a reverse synchronizer apparatus(SYN5).
