Abstract: The present invention relates to an active door lock system and, more specifically, to an active door lock system capable of checking conditions of a child in a vehicle before a user opens a door by opening a part of a window of the door when a release of door lock from the outside of the door is detected with child lock set. To this end, the active door lock system of the present invention includes: a child lock setting unit for setting child lock for locking a door of a vehicle; a first door unlocking unit for releasing door lock when contact of a user is detected by a touch sensor positioned outside the door of the vehicle; a window driving unit for opening the window of the vehicle; and a control unit for controlling the window driving unit to open a window of a corresponding door when door lock is released by the first door unlocking unit when the child lock is set.
