Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for controlling idle surge vibration in a gasoline engine are provided to adjust the RPM of an engine by comparing frequencies according to engine RPM to a set target value. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling idle surge vibration in a gasoline engine comprises following steps. Vibration delivered from a sensor installed in a vehicle is measured. The sensor measures changes in engine idle RPM(S4). The measured changes in the vibration and RPM are compared to a target value to determine whether or not the changes reach the target value(S6). If the changes reach the target value, the engine idle RPM is maintained or down. If the changes do not reach the target value, the engine idle RPM is adjusted again. The temperature of refrigerant is measured during the initial starting. The engine RPM initially set in an ECU map is selected. Abstract: A vacuum pump for a vehicle is provided to rotate an outer rotor by generated vacuum pressure to vary eccentricity with respect to a pump rotor, thereby changing the volume of fluid and preventing the decrease of fuel efficiency. A vacuum pump for a vehicle includes an outer case(50) having a predetermined space inside, and a circumferential outer rotor(60) mounted in the outer case rotatively, wherein a circumferential space is formed in the outer rotor and eccentric towards the center of rotation of the outer rotor. A pump rotor is mounted eccentrically in the center of an inner circumferential surface, and has a plurality of groove parts formed at a predetermined interval towards a central axis of the pump rotor, wherein springs(74) connected to vanes(76) are mounted in the groove parts. The pump rotor rotates independently from the rotation of the outer rotor but with respect to the central axis thereof, wherein the eccentricity with respect to the inner circumferential surface of the outer rotor is increased or decreased by the rotation of the outer rotor.

Abstract: An intake pipe structure of an intake system for a diesel vehicle is provided to prevent loss in power and fuel efficiency by minimizing reduction of boost pressure in an intake pipe. An intake pipe structure of an intake system for a diesel vehicle is characterized in that an intake pipe(3) is covered by a cylindrical housing(10) having a plurality of holes(12). The housing has an inner surface on which a silicon rubber tube(16) is mounted. The silicon rubber tube has both ends bonded to the inner corners of the housing such that the ends of the silicon rubber tube are prevented from being bonded to the portion of the housing where the holes are formed.
