Abstract: 본 발명은 에폭시기, 수산기, 또는 카르복실산기를 포함하는 산화그래핀; 및 아민기, 에폭시기, 카르복실산기, 수산기, 또는 티올기를 포함하는 알콕시실란화합물을 포함하는 접착제에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 폴리우레탄 탄성체와 알루미늄 소재의 접합을 위한 접착제로써 실란화합물과 산화그래핀을 적용함으로써 실란 화합물만을 사용한 경우보다 접착력의 향상이 가능하다. 또한 사용 후 재활용을 위한 분리공정에서는 산화그래핀의 마이크로웨이브 흡수 특성으로 인하여 급속 가열을 통한 폴리우레탄의 열분해로 알루미늄 소재와 폴리우레탄의 분리가 용이하게 이루어진다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An adhesive is provided to improve adhesion of urethane and aluminum material and to easily separate polyurethane and aluminum material through a thermal decomposition of polyurethane through a sudden heating at necessary. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive comprises: 50-99 weight% of graphene oxide comprising an epoxy group, hydroxyl group or carboxylic acid group; and 1-50 weight% of an alkoxysilane compound comprising an amine group, epoxy group, carboxylic acid group, hydroxyl group or thiol group. The alkoxysilane compound comprising the amine group, epoxy group, carboxylic acid group, hydroxyl group or thiol group is glycidyl propyl trimethoxy silane, amino propyl triethoxy silane or mercapto propyl triethoxy silane. Polyurethane composite is attached by the adhesive.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an adhesive for bonding polyurethane and vulcanized rubber which comprises: a first pre-polymer which is a reaction product of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene and isocianate; a second pre-polymer which is a reaction product of polyether polyol, polyester polyol, or a combination thereof and isocianate; and a radical initiator. The present invention relates to the adhesive for bonding polyurethane and vulcanized rubber which shows enhanced adhesion under severe driving conditions using chemical covalent bond between a polyurethane tire main body with vulcanized rubber tread material.
