    Abstract: The present invention relates to an adhesive for bonding polyurethane and vulcanized rubber which comprises: a first pre-polymer which is a reaction product of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene and isocianate; a second pre-polymer which is a reaction product of polyether polyol, polyester polyol, or a combination thereof and isocianate; and a radical initiator. The present invention relates to the adhesive for bonding polyurethane and vulcanized rubber which shows enhanced adhesion under severe driving conditions using chemical covalent bond between a polyurethane tire main body with vulcanized rubber tread material.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A flywheel having variable rotational-inertia force is provided to reduce the consumption of fuel and optimally improve overtaking performance all the time by optimally changing the inertial resistance of the flywheel to a varied rotational area of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A flywheel having variable rotational-inertia force is composed of a hollow outer case(1) combined with a flywheel mass(10) having rotational inertia; a hollow inner case(2) disposed in the outer case, combined to the outer case at a gap from the outer case, and formed with a plurality of opening and closing valves(3) for opening and closing a passage to the degree of inertia force; a variable device(4) having an adjuster(8) mounted to first and second plates(5,6), which overlaps each other at a predetermined interval to divide an inner space of the inner case, to communicate the divided inner space of the inner case by inertia force to the rotary power; and actuating fluid(11) filled in both spaces of the inner case divided by the first and second plates. The actuating fluid is circulated and moved by the adjuster and the opening and closing valve and the fluid varies the whole rotational inertia by changing the center of gravity.
