Abstract: A drive plate structure for an engine is provided to absorb impact from an engine crank shaft and a torque converter of a transmission by forming a bent between the crank shaft side and torque converter side. A drive plate structure of an engine comprises a disc part(1), a rank shaft position sensor wheel part(5), and a bent portion(7). The crank shaft and torque converter form a coaxial shaft so that a combination surface of them is provided. The rank shaft position sensor wheel part is the outer diameter portion of the disc part, and the circumferential surface is formed. A plurality of sensing holes(3) is formed in the circumferential surface along the columnar direction. The bent portion is formed between the crank shaft side and the torque converter side.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A two cylinder engine is provided to improve productivity and reduce parts development cost by commonly using a balance shaft module. CONSTITUTION: A two cylinder engine comprises a crank shaft(100), a balance shaft(315), first and the second balance weights(320,325), a crank gear(300) and a balance gear(305). The crank shaft is arranged in both sides where a crank pin(105) is connected to a connecting rod. The crank shaft includes a balance weight(110) in the opposite side corresponding to the crank pin. The balance weight is located away from the crank shaft and is rotated with the crank shaft. The balance weight absorbs a vibration and is formed in the balance shaft. The crank gear is mounted in one end of the crank shaft. The balance gear is mounted in the balance shaft.

Abstract: An improved jig structure is provided to prevent rattling noise and deterioration in durability of the clutch disk caused due to an erroneous assembling of a clutch disk. An improved jig structure for preventing an erroneous assembling of a clutch disk(200), includes a first mounting unit(410), a second mounting unit(420), a main body, a switch(500), a contact plate(530), a power unit(540), and a buzzer(550). The first mounting unit is fitted to the center of a fly wheel(100) of a clutch disk assembly constituted by a clutch disk cover(300) mounted on the fly wheel so as to prevent escape of the clutch disk. The second mounting unit is coaxially formed from the first mounting unit and fitted to the center of the clutch disk. The main body is coaxially formed from the second mounting unit. The switch has a front portion inserted to an outer surface of the main body and a rear portion which is bent to form a contact part(510). The contact plate is arranged on the main body such that the contact part of the switch contacts the contact plate. The power unit is connected to the switch and the contact plate and arranged in the main body. The buzzer is arranged in the main body so as to generate warning sound by the operation of the power unit.
