    Abstract: A swirl spray nozzle system of an injector is provided to create swirl of liquid passing through the swirl groove by rotation of the swirl chamber to be expelled in the form of conical thin liquid film and rapidly divided into small droplets. A swirl spray nozzle system of an injector comprises a casing(510) with an inlet(511) and an injection hole(512), a swirler(520) with a swirl groove(521) through which a declined part and liquid pass, a concave part(532) contacting the outside surface of the declined part, a nozzle block(530) with a nozzle hole(531) connected to the injection hole, and a needle(540) opening and closing the splay of liquid. A swirl chamber(550) is formed between the center and the end of the declined part to be connected to the nozzle hole. Liquid passing through the swirl groove swirls by rotation of the swirl chamber and then is expelled through the nozzle hole and the injection hole.

    Abstract: A device for reducing amount of toxic constituents in exhaust gas is provided to improve performance on reducing particulate matters and oxides of nitrogen by modifying an after-treatment device of a Diesel engine. A device for reducing amount of toxic constituents in exhaust gas is composed of a catalyzed particulate filter(14) installed in an exhaust pipe(12) of an engine(10) to eliminate particulate matters contained in exhaust gas, SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst(16) arranged at rear of the catalyzed particulate filter to remove oxides of nitrogen, a hydrogen peroxide injection device connected to an exhaust pipe located in front of the CPF(Catalyzed Particulate Filter) for injecting hydrogen peroxide to exhaust gas discharged from the engine to mix, and a urea mixing device connected to an exhaust pipe connecting the CPF and the SCR to mix urea with the exhaust gas.
