CONSTITUTION: A wiper control system of a vehicle comprises a position recognition switch(S) and a control unit(C). The position recognition switch comprises a first contact part and a second contact part. The position of a wiper is recognized by composing an opened or closed circuit according to the contact point formation of the first and second contact parts. The control unit controls the operation of the wiper and recognizes a stop or operation position through a position recognition switch. The control unit stops the output of a wiper operation signal when the wiper is not moving to the operation position for one or more hours or to the stop position for two or more hours.
