Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for protecting fuel lines of vehicles is provided to stably protect the fuel lines with a low cost by preventing an oil leakage through a damaged fuel line. CONSTITUTION: A device for protecting fuel lines of vehicles comprises a protection plate, and a protection sheet. The protection plate has rigidity enough to protect a fuel line with being connected to the fuel line. The protection plate is formed into the cylinder shape comprising two insertion holes for being connected to the fuel line. The protection plate comprises two separated edges each other. On each edge, a coupling flange is vertically connected to the protection plate. The coupling flange is coupled with a fixing fin. The protection sheet is installed inside the protection plate. The protection sheet prevents the fuel lint from directly contacting with protection plate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig for connecting a timing chain is provided to enable the re-use of a pump by separating an undamaged high-pressure pump from a damaged engine and installing the separated high-pressure pump on a replaced engine. CONSTITUTION: A jig(1) for connecting a timing chain comprises a flange vane(2), a sprocket mounting shaft(6), and a shaft(8). The flange vane is fixed to a cylinder block through bolting. The sprocket mounting shaft is protruded from one surface of the flange vane. A sprocket coupled to a timing chain is installed on the sprocket mounting shaft. Abstract: A post-treatment system reproduction apparatus for a diesel vehicle and a method thereof are provided to extend the lifetime of the LTN catalyst and to improve fuel efficiency. A post-treatment system reproduction apparatus for a diesel vehicle comprises an LNT(Lean NOx Trap) catalyst(50), NOx sensors(51,52), and a controller(100). The NOx sensor is installed in both ends of the LNT catalyst. The controller controls the DeSOx reproduction start condition of the LNT catalyst depending on the generation frequency of the starting on/off by an ISG(Idle Stop and Go) system.
