CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sintered annulus gear for a transmission is as follows. Alloy powder is mixed with carbon 0.2-0.3 weight%. The mixed powder is molded by applying pressure to the mixed powder. The molded body is sintered at a temperature of 1200-1300 degrees. The outer side of the sintered body(1) is fixed, and one or more rolling dies(3) having helical gears are installed inside the sintered body to form toothed forms. After the toothed forms are formed, the sintered body is rolled. The rolled body is heat-treated.

Carbon(C) 0.2 ~ 0.3 wt% is mixed in alloyed powder consisting of chrome(Cr) 1.3 ~ 1.7 wt%, molybdenum(Mo) 0.15 ~ 0.30 wt% and remainder iron(Fe). The pressure is added in the mixed powder and tooth form is given to the mixed powder. The molded materials are sintered in 1200 ~ 1300°C. The sintered materials(1) are rolled between two rolling dies(3,5) in room temperature. The rolled materials are heat-treated.

    Abstract: A gear inspection apparatus is provided to inspect a gear easily, accurately and quickly. A gear inspection apparatus comprises a base(4), a screw gear(12), a worm gear, a base moving unit(10), a first contact(20), a second contact(30), a second contact retainer(40), an elastic member(45) of the second contact and a gauge(50). The base supports a gear. The screw gear is coupled to a lower part of the base. The worm gear is engaged with the screw gear. The base moving unit is composed of a manual operating handle(16) connected to the worm gear and moves the base up and down. The first contact is fixed to one part of the base, and inserted between teeth of the gear disposed in the base. The second contact is disposed so as to be opposite to the first contact around the gear disposed in the base, and inserted between the teeth of the gear disposed in the base. The second contact retainer is spaced from the second contact. The elastic member of the second contact is disposed between the second contact and the second contact retainer. The gauge is contacted with the second contact retainer, and measures a lower tooth diameter of the gear disposed in the base.
