CONSTITUTION: A gas diffusion layer for a fuel cell vehicle is produced with a bi-layered structure, including a micro porous layer and a macro porous supporter. The macro porous supporter is formed with a material selected from carbon fiber felt and carbon fiber paper. The gas diffusion layer maintains a thickness of 200~300 microns at 25kPa and 170~250 microns at 1MPa and a density of 0.20~0.60 grams per cube centimeters at 25 kPa with a thinned structure.
