Abstract: PURPOSE: A low noise typed balance shaft module which can reduce the noise of a secondary oil pump is provided to reduce noise by reducing discharging pulsating pressure. CONSTITUTION: A low noise typed balance shaft module comprises a dual oil pump, an eccentricity washer and a pulsating chamber. The dual oil pump comprises a main oil pump(10) and a secondary oil pump(30). The secondary oil pump is located in the rotor which absorbs and discharges the pumped oil after circulation. An eccentricity washer forms open parts by removing outer girth in order to expand the oil path. The eccentricity washer forms a split discharging part.

Abstract: A balance shaft module with an oil pump is provided to prevent aeration in which the air is mixed in the oil because the air included in the oil is exhausted through the second relief flow path. A balance shaft module with an oil pump comprises an inlet port(105), an outlet port(110) and a pump housing(100) with a pumping space formed between the inlet port and outlet port. A relief space(124) is formed between the pumping space and outlet port. In the relief space, a first relief flow path(115) is formed toward the pumping space.
