    Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil level gauge is provided to easily take out or put in the oil level gauge, thereby improving operability and convenience. CONSTITUTION: An oil level gauge comprises a checking needle portion(11), a connecting rod(12) connected to the checking needle portion, a wire portion(14) connected to the end of the connecting rod. A middle pipe portion(15) is connected to the wire portion to move the wire portion freely, and closes guide pipe. A packing portion(17) is formed at the end of wire portion to close end part of the middle pipe portion.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for damping the vibration of an oil pan is provided to improve work efficiency on an assembling line by compacting structure, to reduce the vibration noise by effectively damping the vibration transmitted to an oil pan, and to restrain the leakage of oil by improving the combining force of the oil pan. CONSTITUTION: An oil pan(2) is combined to the lower end of a cylinder block(1). An oil strainer(4) is extended from an oil pump(3), and placed in the oil storing position of the oil pan. The body of the oil strainer is fixed by using a bracket(5) fixed on the cylinder block. A vibroisolating rubber(7) is formed between a main bracket cap(6) and the bottom face of the oil pan. The vibroisolating rubber completely surrounds the body of the oil strainer. The vibration transmitted to the oil strainer is removed by the oil strainer. The remaining vibration is dispersed to the cylinder block via the vibroisolating rubber and the main bracket cap.
