    Abstract: PURPOSE: Fuel pipe structure for reducing noise is provided to reduce noise, and to prevent breakage of a fuel pipe by decreasing pressure of fuel injected to an outlet of a fuel injection pump, and by offsetting frequency with a resonator. CONSTITUTION: An orifice(11) is installed in an end of a fuel pipe(10), and the fuel pipe is connected to an outlet(110) of a fuel injection pump(100). High pressure of fuel injected through the outlet of the fuel injection pump is decreased with passing fuel through the orifice, and endurance is improved with reducing noise and breakage against fuel pressure. The diameter of the fuel pipe is formed to be 3 mm, and the bore of the orifice is formed to be 0.5 mm. The frequency is reduced in decreasing fuel pressure with installing a resonator(12) in the fuel pipe. Breakage of the fuel pipe is prevented with lowering the fuel pressure by forming the orifice, and the frequency in decreasing fuel pressure is offset by the resonator. Noise is reduced, and the endurance of the fuel pipe is improved.

A small-diameter orifice(14) is formed on the end of the combining unit to reduce the pressure fluctuation of the fuel supplied from the fuel pump. A washer(15) is inserted between the connecting unit and a nut(16) to increase the combining strength. The inner and outer diameters of the fuel pipe are extended to increase the natural frequency in the fuel pipe when fuel is conveyed.
