Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotation speed sensing unit for automatic transmission is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by forming a sensing dog with an extension part of an output shaft. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(7) is connected between an output shaft(1) and a rotating member(5). A sensing unit is combined with the connection unit as one body. The connection unit comprises an extension part(11) expanded to a revolution sensor(9). The extension unit is formed with the sensing unit(13) sensing the speed of the revolution sensor. An output shaft is rotated while being connected to a rotating member of the planetary gear set(3). The output shaft transfers the output torque to a differential motion device.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An auto transmission for vehicle is provided to arrange a brake and a clutch which are closely arranged to each other, and to make the reduction of the outer diameter and the whole length possible, thereby improving space utilization. CONSTITUTION: A clutch(C1) interlinks changeably one rotation element of a planetary gear set(SPG1) located in the front side and one rotation element of the planetary gear set located in the back side. A brake(B2) operates two rotation elements as a fixing element at the same time and operates only the rotation element of the rear planetary gear set as the fixing element.
