    Abstract: A system for returning fuel in an LPI hybrid vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of the injector by processing the fuel remaining in the injector line when the ignition key is off or in case of hot soaking. A system for returning fuel in an LPI hybrid vehicle comprises a canister for collection, an on/off valve(12), and a CCV valve(14). The canister is connected to a fuel return line of the LPI fuel feeding system through a residue fuel recovery line(10) and collects the fuel remaining in the fuel return line. The on/off valve is installed on the fuel recovery line and opens/closes according to on/off of an ignition key to control the returned fuel. The CCV valve is installed on a standby line(13) of the canister and maintains the atmospheric pressure condition within the canister when collecting the residual fuel.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An idle speed control method in an LPG vehicle is provided to reduce idle speed by forcibly reducing an idle speed control duty if the idle speed exceeds a normal range, thereby maintaining the optimum idle speed. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a vehicle is in a mode for forcibly reducing an idle speed control duty, based on a degree of throttle valve openness, speed, and RPM(Revolutions Per Minute)(S1). If so, the idle speed control duty is reduced periodically by a predetermined quantity(S2). If the RPM gets lower than a reference value, the reduction of the idle speed control duty is stopped(S3-S4). It is judged whether the frequency of executing the idle speed control duty reduction mode is more than a reference frequency(S5). If so, a caution for trouble is given to a driver(S6). It is judged whether the idle speed control duty is the lowest value(S7). If so, the reduction of the idle speed control duty is stopped(S8). A caution for trouble is given to the driver(S9).

If the "compressor-on" conditions are satisfied, a controller carries out the operation to drive a compressor(S216). If "compressor-off" conditions are satisfied, the controller supplies a compressor stopping control signal to a compressor driving part to carry out the compressor stopping operation(S218,220). After detecting a time after stopping the compressor, the time is compared with a set time. If the detected time exceeds the set time(S222), the "compressor-on" conditions are checked again. In the other case, the air conditioner driving operation is carried out normally(S224).
