Abstract: A punch press device is provided to improve the productivity by performing molding and trimming with one pressing process at a time. A punch press device comprises: a lower punch(11) having the shape of the product panel lower end surface(P); a blank holder(13) mounted on the outside of lower punch through a cushion pin; bolsters(21) mounted on the top of the lower punch for ascending and descending; an upper die(22) having the shape of the top of the product panel and installed in the lower part of bolster; and a trimming cutter(24) installed in outside the upper die.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hot stamping device is provided to improve moldability and weldabillty of a super strength material at the same time and to perform a trimming processing. CONSTITUTION: A hot stamping device comprises a lower form die (10) and an upper form die (50). The lower form steel which has a lower end surface shape of a product material is mounted on the lower form die. The lower form die has a lower form trim pad in a lateral part of the lower form steel. The upper form die has an upper end surface shape of the product material. A molded pad which compresses the product material with the lower form steel is mounted on the upper form die. The upper form die has an upper form trim steel in a lateral part of the molded pad. A heating steel (70) is mounted on the lower form steel and the molded pad. A cooling unit (90) is mounted on the lower form steel and the molded pad by corresponding to an inside of a flange part of the product material. Abstract: A blank heating method for hot stamping is provided to minimize the thermal transformation of a blank by heating the blank in two stages using high frequency induction heating. A method for heating up a blank for hot stamping, used for the manufacture of the auto part like the car body and reinforcement part is characterized by passing a blank(11) for hot stamping, which is transferred by a transfer apparatus(1) at a fixed speed, successively through a first furnace(21) and a second furnace(31) in which respective high frequency induction heaters(22,32) are installed so that the blank is heated by the high frequency induction heating. The serving frequencies of high frequency induction heaters installed in the first furnace and the second furnace are differentiated so that the blank is heated through the two-stage induction heating.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of steel sheet blanks for vehicles is provided to prevent a corrosion phenomenon of the parts by uniformly filling a Cu-based brazing powder between joints of steel sheet blanks of parts such as a sensor filler, heating the Cu-based brazing powder in the heating process to melt the Cu-based brazing powder such that the steel sheet blanks are welded to each other without a gap therebetween. A manufacturing method of steel sheet blanks for vehicles comprises the steps of: fabricating a plurality of steel sheet blanks with a desired shape; disposing the plurality of steel sheet blanks such that the steel sheet blanks are superposed on each other, and uniformly filling a Cu-based brazing powder between the steel sheet blanks; heating superposed portions of the steel sheet blanks having the Cu-based brazing powder filled therebetween to a heat treatment temperature of 850 to 950 deg.C in a heating process; and melting the Cu-based brazing powder at 450 deg.C or more by the heating process to weld the steel sheet blanks to each other such that a gap is not formed between the steel sheet blanks.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat treatment method of a high strength steel sheet using near infrared rays having the specific wavelength range of 0.8 to 1.5 micrometers as a heat source is provided.
