Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the surface of hydrophilic aluminum and aluminum manufactured by the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by removal of hydrophilic coating material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the surface of hydrophilic aluminum comprises following steps. The surface of the aluminum is cleaned. Aluminum oxide is anodized under acidic solution and is formed on the surface of aluminum. A contact angle is 0.001~1°.
