The position detecting unit provides the information of the quantity of the stored oil by detecting an accumulation piston in the hydraulic pressure storage unit. The control unit performs the idle stop by operating the ISG system in case the quantity of stored oil in the hydraulic pressure storage unit, which is judged based on the information of the position detecting unit when the information is determined as the idle stop, is the normal quantity of the stored oil. The control unit maintains a state in which the engine is started for the quantity of the stored oil to reach the normal quantity of the stored oil in case the amount of the stored oil is abnormal.
