Abstract: A baffle plate set is provided to hold the oil dispersed by rotation of the cam shaft arranged in the first direction by a guide unit. A baffle plate set comprises a baffle plate(105) which is arranged in the cylinder head and wherein a baffle room is formed and an inlet(132) for blow-by gas is formed; and a guide unit(200) which is arranged adjacent to the inlet and guides movement of the blow-by gas. The guide unit comprises a first plate which is extended from a single-side of the baffle plate; a second plate which is arranged in order to face with the first plate; and a third plate connecting the first plate and the second plate. The third plate is distanced from one side of the baffle plate.
