Abstract: PURPOSE: A control system for output pressures of an oil pump is provided to improve a continued ratio and minimize loss of driving powers for the oil engine by controlling oil pressure outputted excessively. CONSTITUTION: A control system for output pressure of an oil pump comprises a crank case(2), an oil pump(4), a main relief valve(6), an auxiliary relief valve(8). Engine oil is saved in the crank case. The oil pump pumps the engine oil saved in the crank case and offers the engine oil to a lubrication part. The main relief valve placed on output pipelines controls amount of returned engine oil by the output pressures and elastic force of elastic members. The auxiliary relief valve provides the output pressure in the output pipelines to the main relief valve according to a driving condition of the engine.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for controlling the hydraulic pressure and flow of an engine and a control method thereof are provided to control the opening degree of a solenoid valve installed in each flow path depending on the speed and load of an engine and the temperature of oil. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the hydraulic pressure and flow of an engine comprises a first solenoid valve(Vs1), an electronic control unit(110), and a second solenoid valve(Vs2). The first solenoid valve is installed in a flow path which connects the intake and discharge ends of an oil pump. The electronic control unit controls the first solenoid valve depending on the RPM and load of an engine and the temperature of oil. The second solenoid valve is installed in a flow path which connects the input and output ends of an oil cooler and is powered by the electronic control unit.
