CONSTITUTION: A center pillar assembly of a vehicle comprises an inner center pillar panel(10), an outer center pillar panel, and an outer side panel(70). The inner center pillar panel is coupled with the outer panel. The outer center pillar panel is composed of an upper outer center pillar panel and a lower outer center pillar panel. The lower outer enter pillar is composed of a lower body and reinforcement body(60). The lower body is coupled with side sill. The reinforcement body is expanded upward and reinforces the strength of the inner center pillar panel and the outer center pillar panel through contact. Abstract: A hood striker for a vehicle is provided to sufficiently securing a deformed space of an engine hood due to a collided body by smoothly deforming a hood striker. An U-shaped hood striker for a vehicle is fixed to a fixing plate(3) fixed to a predetermined position of an engine hood(2) of the vehicle and is engaged with a hood latch(5) provided at a predetermined position of the engine room to regulate the opening/closing operation of the engine hood and support the engine hood. The hood striker includes a hinge structure bent in one direction by a hinge at a central portion thereof. Two ends of the hinge is L-shaped so as to be bent in one direction about the hinge so that the entire structure of the hinge is U-shaped.

Abstract: A reinforced structure of a vehicle energy-absorber is provided to improve collision energy absorbing performance of a bumper corner by supporting both ends of an energy absorber in a bumper with a reinforcement member combined to a back beam. A reinforced structure of a vehicle energy-absorber comprises an energy absorber(10) and a back beam(20) formed like an arc in a bumper cover of a vehicle; and a reinforcement member(30) vertically installed at both ends of the back beam to face the front. Both sides of the energy absorber are combined to an inside surface of the reinforcement member. The reinforcement member is combined to the back beam with a combining unit such as a bolt, and combined to the energy absorber with adhesives like a bond. Abstract: An armrest for a vehicle is provided to minimizing a driver's or passenger's wound when an accident happens by outwardly rotating to absorb the shock from a collision. An armrest(30) is installed on a door trim mounted on the inside of a vehicle door. The armrest for a vehicle comprises the door trim(20) connected to a lower end of the armrest; a hinge unit(32,22) installed at the lower end of the armrest and the door trim to allow the armrest to rotate to the inside of the door trim; a hinge pin(10) mounted at the hinge unit; a bolt hole(34) longitudinally installed and separately bored on a upper surface of the armrest; and a ruptured groove(24) corresponded to the bolt hole on the door trim connected to the armrest, and opened to allow the armrest to outwardly rotate. The ruptured groove is combined by a bolt(40). When an accident happens, the bolt fitted to the ruptured groove breaks the groove according as a passenger presses one side of the armrest.
