Abstract: PURPOSE: A front strut assembly device for a suspension of a vehicle is provided to prevent that a bumper rubber runs downward or a dust cover is transformed because an upper cap of a strut insulator, the bumper rubber, and the dust cover are easily joined and fixed. CONSTITUTION: A front strut assembly device for a suspension of a vehicle comprises an assembling jig(10) and a pressurization assembling member(20). The assembling jig is installed to be moved forward and backward on a working stand(30) so that a bumper rubber, a dust cover, and an upper cap of a strut insulator are successively seated. The pressurization assembling member is installed to be lifted upward and downward, thereby assembling and fixing the bumper rubber, the dust cover, and the upper cap of the strut insulator each other while pressurizing the upper cap of the strut insulator seated in the assembling jig.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hub bearing assembly structure is provided to prevent a generation of mechanical noises when input a limit lateral force because a gap is not generated by an emplacement force of a snap ring. CONSTITUTION: A hub bearing assembly structure comprises a zero gap maintain unit, and a fail safe unit.
