    Abstract: Disclosed is a brake disk which includes: a friction part which has a coupling hole in the center thereof, a plurality of depressed parts formed along the inner periphery of the coupling hole at constant intervals, protrusions which protrude towards a space depressed from the depressed surface and both inner surfaces of the depressed part and are vertically tapered toward the protruding center; and a hub which has a plurality of protrusions which are coupled to the coupling hole of the friction part through a casting joint process, are inserted into the depressed part along the circumference of the hub.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disk of the heterogeneous material and a method of manufacture the same are provided to maintain the conventional level of the product durability and weight lighting by combining a rubbing part and a bat part through the bonding process casting. CONSTITUTION: A brake disk(1000) of the heterogeneous material comprises a friction part(100) and a hat part(200). The friction part has the coupling hole(120) at the center. The friction part comprises insertion portions(140) and indentation parts which are formed at constant intervals along the circumference of a coupling hole combined. A first hooking part is formed at a upper or lower space of the indentations part. The hat part is combined with the coupling hole of the rubbing part which is made from the separate material unlike the rubbing part. The hat part has a insertion groove(240) to be inserted along the circumference. The insertion groove(240) is provided with the first detent and vertically engaged the second detent by inserting at indentation part.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An integral brake disk and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process by using different kinds of cast iron. CONSTITUTION: An integral brake disk(1000) comprises a friction unit(100), a hub(300), and a connection unit(200). The friction unit is in contact with a pad. The hub is joined with a bearing. The friction unit and hub are made of different kinds of materials through an integrated molding. The connection unit connects the friction unit to the hub. The connection unit is connected to the hub in the lower end and is laterally separated from the hub. The connection unit is formed with an interface(210) made of different kinds of materials. A stepped protrusion is formed between the connection unit and hub in order not to overflow a casting.
