Abstract: 본 발명은 나노케나프를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 복합재료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 섬유직경이 100 nm ~ 100 ㎛인 나노케나프를 충전제로 함유하는 폴리프로필렉 복합재료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 복합재료 조성물은 기존의 유리섬유, 탄소나노튜브 등의 충전제를 친환경적인 소재로 대체하면서도 우수한 기계적 강도를 가지므로, 자동차 내외장재 등에 적용하여 자동차의 경량화에 따른 연비 개선 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polypropylene composite material is provided to have excellent tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength, etc by using environment-friendly natural fiber as filler, thereby acceptable for vehicle interior/exterior material, etc. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene composite material composition comprises 20-97 weight% of polypropylene, and 3-80 weight% of nanokenaf of which fiber diameter is 100nm - 100micron. The polypropylene is a homopolymer, a random copolymer, a block copolymer, or mixtures thereof. The composition additionally comprises 1-10 weight% of compatibilizing agent. The compatibilizing agent is one or more kinds selected from maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene, silane coupling agent, and resin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam composition is provided to show an excellent mechanical property including the repulsive elasticity, elongation, permanent compression set by using castor oil based polyol which is a reproducible bio polyol. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam composition includes polyol and a diisocyanate mixture. The polyol comprises (a) polyol obtained by adding propylene oxides and ethylene oxides to glycerine, (b) polymer polyol obtained by adding propylene oxides and ethylene oxides to polyol, and (c) polyol obtained by adding ethylene oxides and propylene oxides to castor oil. The diisocyanate mixture comprises 60-90 weight% of 4,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, and 10-40 weight% of 2,4-toluenediisocyanate, 2,6-tolurenediisocyanate or their mixture.
