The present invention relates to antibiotic bio-polyurethane foam and a method for producing the same and, more specifically, to polyurethane foam that contains a reaction byproduct of a resin premix and a prepolymer and a method for producing the same, wherein the resin premix comprises 5-30 wt% of bio-polyol so that the bio-polyol content thereof is maximized and the antibiotic characteristics thereof are reinforced.

The resin premix includes 5 to 20 wt% of bio polyol. The multi-functional bio polyurethane foam is applied to a car sheet and the like. The level of antibiosis thereof is reinforced using the bio polyol.

본 발명은 다기능성 바이오 폴리우레탄 폼 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 레진 프리믹스와 예비중합체의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 폴리우레탄 폼으로서, 상기 레진 프리믹스는 바이오 폴리올 5 내지 30 중량%를 포함하며 종래 석유계 폴리올 기반 폴리우레탄 폼과 동등한 수준의 물성을 나타내면서 바이오 폴리올 함량이 극대화되어 항균 기능이 강화되고 진동 전달률이 최소화된 다기능성 바이오 폴리우레탄 폼 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to multi-functional bio polyurethane foam and, more specifically, to polyurethane foam which contains a reaction product of resin premix and isocyanate. The resin premix includes 5 to 20 wt% of bio polyol. The multi-functional bio polyurethane foam is applied to a car sheet and the like, so as to show the same level of physical properties as existing petroleum-type polyol-based polyurethane foam, and have a reinforced antibiotic function and a minimized level of transmissibility.

PURPOSE: A flexible polyurethane foam composition is provided to ensure moldability identical to the foam for existing automobile seats and to maintain continued antibacterial activity through chemical reaction between an isocyan group and a hydroxy group of modified cardanol or modified cardanol derivatives. CONSTITUTION: A flexible polyurethane foam composition with excellent antimicrobial durability comprises a resin premix and isocyanate. The resin premix comprises: 100 parts by weight of a polyol mixture containing 50~95 weight% of polyether polyol and 5~50 weight% of graft polymer polyol; 0.1~1 parts by weight of single or two or more antimicrobial agents selected from alkoxylated modified cardanol and modified cardanol derivatives; 0.3~1.5 parts by weight of amine-based catalyst; 0.3~3 parts by weight of surfactants; and 2~5 parts by weight of blowing agents.
