Abstract: The present invention relates to multi-functional bio polyurethane foam and, more specifically, to polyurethane foam which contains a reaction product of resin premix and isocyanate. The resin premix includes 5 to 20 wt% of bio polyol. The multi-functional bio polyurethane foam is applied to a car sheet and the like, so as to show the same level of physical properties as existing petroleum-type polyol-based polyurethane foam, and have a reinforced antibiotic function and a minimized level of transmissibility.
