    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam composition is provided to have a low density, high mechanical properties, high heat resistance, thereby being used as a component material for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam composition comprises a polyol, polyisocyanate, a curable catalyst, a crosslinking agent, a chain extender, and a foaming agent. The polyol is one or two or more kinds of mixtures selected from glycerol, trimethylolpropane, triethanolamine, 1,2,6-hexanetriol, phosphate, and triisopropanolamine. OH-V has a range of 10-60 mgKOH/g. 40-70 parts by weight of the polyisocyanate mixture and 0.1-3 parts by weight of the curable resin is used, based on 100.0 parts by weight of the polyol.
