Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate a means to be added from outside to a seat of a vehicle by arranging a thermoplastic cover to regulate a weakening tearing-off line in an intermediate part of both vertical edges in parallel to the first and second vertical edges to open an air bag when the air bag expands. SOLUTION: A plastic cover 10 extending in the lengthwise direction when the lengthwise direction is set in the vertical direction, is formed of an extrusion mold of a plate-like seat shape having opposed both vertical edges. One vertical edge of its cover 10 forms a bead 12, and the other vertical edge carries a semicylindrical socket 14, and its bead 12 is fitted in a snap so as to form a surrounding tubular body to the socket 14, and a vertical tearing-off line 22 is also formed between both in parallel to both vertical edges to which a seat is opposed. Therefore, a means to be added from outside to the seat of a vehicle can be obviated.
