Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject compound at a low temperature, by adding a hydroxyl group-containing compound to an alkyne, etc., in the presence of an amorphous zinc silicate catalyst, etc. SOLUTION: A compound of the formula R OH (R is H, an aliphatic or alicyclic group) is added to an acetylene or allene of formula I or formula II (R is H, an aliphatic or alicyclic group) in a gas phase by using a catalyst containing 1-40 wt.% calculated as oxide of zinc or cadmium-containing X-ray amorphous zinc silicate or cadmium silicate as an active ingredient and obtained by setting a zinc salt or a cadmium salt of an acidic organic compound decomposable at a temperature lower than 400 deg.C on amorphous silicic acid and forming the catalyst at 50-500 deg.C in the presence of hydrogen and a hydroxyl group-containing compound such as a

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely obtain the subject compound, by adding a hydroxyl group- containing compound to an alkyne, etc., in the presence of a roentgenamorph zinc silicate catalyst, etc. SOLUTION: A compound of the formula R OH (R is H, an aliphatic or alicyclic group) is added to an acetylene or allene of formula I or formula II (R is H, an aliphatic or alicyclic group) in a gas phase by using a catalyst containing a zinc silicate as an active ingredient obtained by precipitation from an aqueous solution comprising a soluble silicon compound and zinc compound to give the objective compound of formula III or formula IV ((m) is 0 or 1). The zinc silicate is X-ray amorphous zinc silicate of the formula Zna Sic Oa+2c-0.5e (OH)e .fH2 O ((e) is a value from 0 to 2a+2c; a/c is 1-3.5 and f/a is 0 to 200) and/or a crystal zinc silicate having a hemimorphite structure of the formula Zn4 Si2 O7 ) (OH)2 .H2 O. Zinc exists in a deficient amount or an excessive amount of 25% in terms of stoichiometric composition.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a multi-metal oxide composition. SOLUTION: The multi-metal oxide composition is composed of one kind of elements Mo and V, and at least one kind of elements Te and Sb. From a starting compound required for producing the multi-metal oxide composition of elements contained therein, partial solutions with a partial quantity of the starting compound dissolved respectively, are produced, flows of the partial solutions produced therefrom are combined and mixed, a flow of the obtained mixed solution is decomposed to fine liquid particles to be dried with a hot gas and a solid material obtained at this time is treated at a high temperature. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an unsaturated ketone which is an intermediate for synthesizing a useful flavor and a natural substance by reacting isopropenyl ether with a ketal of acetone with propene, etc., in the reaction between an allyl alcohol and isopropenyl ether. SOLUTION: An allyl alcohol of formula I (R to R are each H, an alkyl, an alkenyl or the like) or a propargyl alcohol of formula II is reacted with an isopropenyl ether of formula III (R is 1-4C alkyl) with forming a ketal of formula IV to give unsaturated ketones of formula V and formula VI. The isopropenyl ether of the formula III is obtained by reacting the ketal of formula IV with propyne or allylene or its mixture in a vapor phase at a raised temperature in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst containing silicon or oxygen and zinc or cadmium. The ketal of the formula IV is resupplied for producing the isopropenyl ether of the formula III.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing acrylic acid by the heterogeneously catalysed gas-phase oxidation of propane on a multi-metal oxide mass, said mass containing the elements Mo, V, Te and/or Sb and having a specific X-ray diffractogram.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the aromatisation of non-aromatic hydrocarbons with 6 or more carbon atoms in the presence of water vapour and a catalyst that contains a support comprising zirconium oxide, in addition to tin and platinum in a ratio of at least 1. The invention also relates to the aforementioned catalyst.
