Abstract: PURPOSE: To produce an inorg. pigment such as a magnetic pigment by stable preparation by obtaining a polymer compsn. fit for use as a dispersible resin. CONSTITUTION: A specified reactive compd. is allowed to react with a compd. having active amino functional property to an isocyanate or ammonia to obtain the objective polymer compsn. The reactive compd. is formed by allowing a polymer to react with one kind of polyisocyanate and the amt. of isocyanato groups is regulated to 1.2-3.6mol per 1mol hydroxyl group of the polymer agent. The polymer consists of 80-100mol% 1-25C alkyl ester of α,β-unsatd. carboxylic acid, 0-20mol% other monomer and tetrahydrofuran hydroperoxide as a polymn. initiator or further contains one kind of other polymn. initiator and/or a modifier imparting hydroxyl groups to the terminals of plural polymer chains of the polymer.
