    Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily and appropriately support a wound roll by providing a spindle with a hollow support member having a longitudinal moving member inside, and pressure-supporting one end of the longitudinal moving member to a wound roll conveying device, while providing the other end with a valve for pressing a pressure medium into a bellows member of the spindle. CONSTITUTION: A spindle for supporting a tape roll 21 on a tape wound spool 20 is provided with a hollow support member 10 having a longitudinal moving member 11 inside. The longitudinal moving member 11 is provided with an outer part 11A and an inner part 11B having chucking parts 12 at the free ends. The spindle 7 is provided with a bellows member 13, and a bendable part 14 is provided on the inner surface of the bellows member 13. One end of the longitudinal moving member 11 is pressure-supported to a support plate member 16 of the roll conveying device by a spring 15, and the other end is provided with a valve 17 for pressing a pressure medium into the bellows member 13. Spindles 7', 7" in the resting state and operating state are respectively positioned as in the upper and lower half parts of a center line M.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To simply, effectively press a hub to a winding element and to accurately hold a tensioning means by providing a plurality of elastic elements uniformly distributed on a periphery over an inner periphery of the hub, and forming the element in a shape of a bent arm. CONSTITUTION: The hub 1 has an outer part having a cylindrical surface 12 for winding a magnetic tape, an inner cylindrical part 3 and a radial web 13 disposed therebetweeen. A plurality of elastic elements 2 are extended from the part 3 and formed in an arm-like state radially bent. Further, radially protruding protrusions 7 are provided at ends of the elements 2. The hub 1 is compressed in winding on the hub 1 of a magnetic tape. Accordingly, before winding, the hub 1 is brought into contact with the hub holder 6 only at the protrusions 7. Meanwhile, when the tape is completely wound on the hub 1, the hub 1 is held by the elements 2 and the protrusions 7, and the hub 1 is brought into contact with the winding shaft 9 or the holder 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To realize an excellent winding by providing tape winding hub device in which individual winding hubs have a winding surface for an individual information carrier tape and an inner gap, and an annular body has a circumferential surface of a reception part having an inner circumferential surface to be fitted to a winding spindle and an inner circumferential surface to be fitted and inserted in an internal gap of the individual winding hub to reduce or automate the attachable/detachable work. CONSTITUTION: A spring member 9 to be brought by a recessed part formed in a substantially U-shape in an upper circumferential surface edge piece and a flange part 7 of an annular body portion 6, is arranged on a circumferential surface of the reception diameter D1. A spring 11 having a hook part on a tip formed as a member 9 has an appropriate spring action stroke (a) in the radial direction, and also has a recessed part to receive the width h of an individual winding hub 10 in the axial direction. When the individual winding hub 10 is pressed onto a hook spring 11 from the right, it is held at the final position. This winding hub 10 and the annular body 5 are formed of an inexpensive thermoplastic resin in a recyclable manner, and the fitting/removing work to/from the annular body 5 of the winding hub 10 can be easily and rapidly achieved.
