Abstract: PURPOSE: To constitute the spool for a tape, which reduces the shrinkage at the time of winding of the tape and eliminates its deviation when the tape is put one over another, without using a reinforcing material like glass fiber. CONSTITUTION: The spool consists of an outside ring 2 and an inside ring 3, which are coupled together by elastic intermediate elements 4 that are decentralized and arranged equally in the circumferential direction. In this case, the outside ring 2 is formed to an H shape in its cross section and the intermediate elements 4 are formed in a ring shape.
