    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a core which can easily be produced at a low cost for the replacement of a less productive, high-priced coil core which is formed by injection or blow molding from a hardly-recyclable, comparatively hard synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: In a recyclable, hollow-cylindrical supporting core which has no flange and which can be produced by injection molding for winding up a tape recording media, a plurality of arms 3, 3', 3" are provided which extend from the gating point 2 of the material for the supporting core 1 to the inside diameter of the supporting core at an opened end and which may be angled off, as material compounds for the purpose of fixing and serving as holding grips.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To realize an excellent winding by providing tape winding hub device in which individual winding hubs have a winding surface for an individual information carrier tape and an inner gap, and an annular body has a circumferential surface of a reception part having an inner circumferential surface to be fitted to a winding spindle and an inner circumferential surface to be fitted and inserted in an internal gap of the individual winding hub to reduce or automate the attachable/detachable work. CONSTITUTION: A spring member 9 to be brought by a recessed part formed in a substantially U-shape in an upper circumferential surface edge piece and a flange part 7 of an annular body portion 6, is arranged on a circumferential surface of the reception diameter D1. A spring 11 having a hook part on a tip formed as a member 9 has an appropriate spring action stroke (a) in the radial direction, and also has a recessed part to receive the width h of an individual winding hub 10 in the axial direction. When the individual winding hub 10 is pressed onto a hook spring 11 from the right, it is held at the final position. This winding hub 10 and the annular body 5 are formed of an inexpensive thermoplastic resin in a recyclable manner, and the fitting/removing work to/from the annular body 5 of the winding hub 10 can be easily and rapidly achieved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a container for magnetic tape that certainly protects the tape from external forces such as a shock, dropping, dust, moisture or the like, and it is simple to fabricate, low-cost and of reduced volume, namely occupied space. CONSTITUTION: A bottom tray 1 is provided on its reel with a projection 3 having notches 5 distributed on its periphery and a round top 6 in a projection 3 so slanted as to form a concave to its inward. The top tray 2 is provided with a projected annular part 8 with a diameter larger than the projection 3, a lug 9 is provided on at least one peripheral edge side, and its leading edge has been bent so as to engage in a groove 9' shaped in correspondence to the other tray in the closed state. Another lug 10 with a similar structure is injection-molded on a slanted end 11 in a holding handle 12, and attaches on the slanted ends 11 and 11' of the both trays handles 12 and 12' retained mutually and complementarily so as to be mutually engaged when the container is closed.

SOLUTION: This is a pack used for products, especially at least one of cylindrical or square products comprising a hanging part 12 and a container part, which have a front wall 13, a back wall 14, a bottom wall 15, a top wall 20, a plurality of openings 22 and a closable covered flap 16 with an insertion tab for covering the opening. The hanging part 12 is formed with the covered flap 16, either the front wall 13 or the top wall 20 is provided with an insertion opening 17 for the insertion tab, the hanging part 12 is separable from the container part, and thus, the covered flap 16 is formed as a single continuous body with the container part.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily and appropriately support a wound roll by providing a spindle with a hollow support member having a longitudinal moving member inside, and pressure-supporting one end of the longitudinal moving member to a wound roll conveying device, while providing the other end with a valve for pressing a pressure medium into a bellows member of the spindle. CONSTITUTION: A spindle for supporting a tape roll 21 on a tape wound spool 20 is provided with a hollow support member 10 having a longitudinal moving member 11 inside. The longitudinal moving member 11 is provided with an outer part 11A and an inner part 11B having chucking parts 12 at the free ends. The spindle 7 is provided with a bellows member 13, and a bendable part 14 is provided on the inner surface of the bellows member 13. One end of the longitudinal moving member 11 is pressure-supported to a support plate member 16 of the roll conveying device by a spring 15, and the other end is provided with a valve 17 for pressing a pressure medium into the bellows member 13. Spindles 7', 7" in the resting state and operating state are respectively positioned as in the upper and lower half parts of a center line M.
