A process for the production of a carbon supported catalyst, which comprises the following steps: (a) precipitation of at least one metal oxide onto a surface of a carbon-comprising sup¬ port by preparing an initial mixture, comprising the carbon-comprising support, at least one metal oxide precursor and an organic solvent, and spray-drying of the ini¬ tial mixture to obtain an intermediate product, (b) loading of noble-metal-comprising particles onto the surface of the intermediate product in a liquid medium by deposition, precipitation and/or reduction of a noble- metal-comprising precursor with a reducing agent, (c) heat treatment of the catalyst precursor resulting from step (b) at a temperature higher than 400°C.

A storage-stable dust-free homogeneous particle formulation, consisting of (a) at least one water-soluble Vitamin E-derivative, (b) at least one hydrophilic polymer, (c) optionally additional surface-active substances, and (d) optionally additional pharmaceutical additives, with the proviso, that the sum of (a), (b), (c) and (d) equals 100 % by weight of the formulation, and wherein the fines fraction with particle diameters of less than 100 μm is less than 10 % by weight.

The present invention is related to a process for making a coated oxide material, said process comprising the following steps: (a) providing a particulate material selected from lithiated nickel-cobalt aluminum oxides, lithium cobalt oxide, lithiated cobalt-manganese oxides and lithiated layered nickel-cobalt-manganese oxides, (b) treating said cathode active material with a metal alkoxide or metal amide or alkyl metal compound, (c) treating the material obtained in step (b) with moisture, and, optionally, repeating the sequence of steps (b) and (c), wherein steps (b) and (c) are carried out in a vessel of which at least one part rotates around a horizontal axis.

The invention pertains to processes to produce dry biomass of pyripyropene producer organisms, processes to obtain pyripyropenes from such dry biomass, as well as to processes to produce compounds of Formula (III) and/or Formula (IV) and/or Formula (V) from the pyripyropenes obtained from the dry biomass.
