Other inventions relate to formation of a plurality of emsulsions together and collecting data from individual droplets, these assays may be specific methods of nucleic acid amplification which include thermocycling and that may be conducted from a multiwall plate array of samples, a droplet transporter may pick-up droplets from a sample holder .
